These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Award Jewels website, customer accounts, jewelry builder, products, and related services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Using our services
You may use the services only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with site security, access another person’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce the site without permission, submit fraudulent requests, or use the services in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
2. Customer accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the services, or Award Jewels.
3. Products, materials, and visual references
We work to present product descriptions, dimensions, metals, finishes, colors, weights, and photographs accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, natural material variation, and hand-finishing may cause the delivered piece to vary slightly from photographs or generated builder visuals.
Size guides, width comparisons, weights, visualizations, and other measurements labeled approximate are references rather than guarantees. Precious-metal pricing and product availability may change. We may correct errors or update information before accepting an order.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
Adding an item to a bag or submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, availability, or price. An order becomes accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfillment. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or other charges shown before payment.
Payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor. You authorize the applicable charges when you place an order and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method. We may cancel or decline orders affected by suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or legal restrictions and will address any captured payment as required.
5. Custom pieces and order requests
Builder images are basic visual references and actual chains, bracelets, rings, earrings, pendants, gemstones, finishes, proportions, and placement may vary. A custom request is not a purchase and does not create a payment obligation until the design, specifications, price, timing, and payment terms are confirmed.
Before payment, Award Jewels will confirm the final custom design specifications, price, and estimated timeline for the customer’s approval. Custom and made-to-order production begins only after that approval and payment in full. The estimated production time is 2–4 weeks from payment confirmation. Later change requests may affect pricing, timing, or availability and require Award Jewels approval.
Custom, personalized, engraved, altered, and resized pieces are final sale after approval and payment. A custom request may be cancelled before payment because production has not begun. After payment, cancellation or change requests are considered case by case and may be declined or subject to costs already incurred. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Shipping, delivery, and risk
At launch, Award Jewels ships within the United States. Most pieces ship within 5–7 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces generally require an estimated 2–4 weeks after design approval and full payment. Carrier transit time is separate from processing time, and all processing and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $99 or more and $10 on orders below $99. Tracking is provided after shipment. Award Jewels may require insurance, tracking, or an adult signature for higher-value orders. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Delays may occur due to customization, inventory, carrier conditions, weather, address problems, security review, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, refunds, and claims
Every Award Jewels piece is made to order for you. Return eligibility depends on the metal you choose.
Sterling Silver & Gold-Filled: Final Sale. Sterling silver (including rhodium-plated sterling silver) and gold-filled pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
14K & 18K Gold: 14-Day Returns. Solid 14K and 18K gold pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Custom Designs. Custom Jewelry Builder orders are final sale once approved and paid, as described in Section 5.
Starting a Return. Contact us with your order number to start a return or report an issue.
8. Cleaning and repair services
Cleaning or repair availability, evaluation, pricing, timing, shipping responsibility, and service limitations will be confirmed separately. We may decline work that cannot be completed safely or where the condition, material, construction, or third-party components make service impractical.
9. Intellectual property
The Award Jewels name, branding, site design, text, graphics, product imagery, builder interface, and other site content are owned by Award Jewels or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the services under these Terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Award Jewels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the services where such limitations are permitted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
11. Changes and termination
We may modify the services or these Terms as our business and legal obligations evolve. Revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter an already accepted order unless agreed or required by law.
